MUSIC!!! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!  Just about everything I do and feel has a soundtrack. Music is so powerful. It wakes me up, puts me to sleep...it's that one thing that can lift my mood when it's needed... keeps me hype when I'm already up...mellows me when I'm too amped. No matter the mood, music is my constant companion - happy, sad, excited, prayerful, hopeful, heart broken or in love (💋) - music is always at hand. 

 Now, you might not always be able to hear it - can't always play my music when I want to - (work place wouldn't appreciate me playing my music as loudly as I'd like) Even so, you can best believe I'm playing it in my head. Heck, I'm sure I've been seen bobbing my head to a tune played just for me LOL

Look before you eat...

Hello folks! This is NOT the Super Bowl party snack post. (check back tomorrow for that one). But it is related to food (smile) This post is a cautionary tale about food - specifically MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT! Cast Off

Letting go isn't always an easy thing.  It is most times, well, a necessary thing...of course necessary has nothing to do with easy.  How many of you are currently in a relationship? No, not with chocolate or alcohol but an actual relationship with another person? They text you or call you every day several times a day...you're making plans to see them before you even finish with one date...you miss them when your time together for that date is drawing to an end...you see them walking towards you and you can't help but smile, waiting for that hug, that kiss...you have so much fun with them you can't imagine them not being around... Puzzle

Sometimes we don't know what we want. Heck, most of the time we barely know what it is we need. So, isn't it amazing then that when we find it, stumble across it or when it finds us, it is basically immediately clear that it is in fact what was needed, what was wanted?
