Do you see it?

 Hello, blogoverse! How's everyone doing? Great, I hope :) Me? I'm doing great! So nice of you to ask (smile) With all that's going on in the world today, I'm always on the lookout for, well a distraction. Just something that might take my thoughts on a journey or better yet, make me laugh. Heck - why not both at the same time?! Annnnd you already know about my imagination, right? (see past post for reference) 

Any who, I was in the store the other day looking around at hunting and fishing stuff (yep, ya gurl has been fishing...hunting? Not so much, yet?) So I'm walking down the aisle looking at stuff for hunting and fishing - typical nature activity kinda things and then I look up and see an alien. Ok maybe not an alien actually it kinda made me think of a snake or insect. Hybrid? But this was no regular degular hybrid alien-insect-snake...Nah, this one had swag, attitude even. Don't believe me? Check this out...

Look at him! It's like I walked by and he leaned back, swiveled his head and was like "what you lookin' at?" Maybe it's a friendly one and he's just saying "hey girl hey!"

I'm not sure what this tool/equipment is actually for. But I can't un-see it. Now, if it only had some music like...click here -->this...


OMG!!! WAIIITTTTT I knew I'd seen him before...

Look before you eat...

Hello folks! This is NOT the Super Bowl party snack post. (check back tomorrow for that one). But it is related to food (smile) This post is a cautionary tale about food - specifically MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT! A friend and coworker of mine visited an establishment who was offering FREE bagels today. How wonderful! I really enjoy bagels from this particular restaurant. And who doesn't like. You Don't Have To be so mean

Someone asked me the other day " hey, don't you ever get tired of being so happy and positive all the time? How can you be so NICE?" I was thrown! Ok maybe not completely since I've heard a little about this before. "You always have a smile on your face...you're so happy...you're so NICE to EVERYBODY...I really like talking to you...thank you for being so kind...-it's rare" Even though I've heard these comments before, it still surprises me a little. Not that people think I'm nice but that so many people experience the opposite - often enough that they are shocked enough to comment. Makes you, ok me, wonder why are so many people not nice? Just plain old mean? How do they get that way? Can't make me believe that people are born that way...hmm course i have a seen pictures of newborn babies with some pretty mean mugs. Looking like they've been here before and experienced all the atrocities of life ALREADY!  But really - why?  ...

Cast Off

Letting go isn't always an easy thing.  It is most times, well, a necessary thing...of course necessary has nothing to do with easy.  How many of you are currently in a relationship? No, not with chocolate or alcohol but an actual relationship with another person? They text you or call you every day several times a day...you're making plans to see them before you even finish with one date...you miss them when your time together for that date is drawing to an end...you see them walking towards you and you can't help but smile, waiting for that hug, that kiss...you have so much fun with them you can't imagine them not being around...
