A while back, I posted about being held hostage. See, that article was about...well I don't want to go into too much detail in case you haven't had a chance to read it yet (hint hint). Suffice it to say it was about being in a situation you'd rather not be in. Maybe you've been super fortunate not to have found yourself in a situation like that...until now. And who is your hostage taker? Say hello to COVID-19...UGH!
This virus has spread so rapidly and doesn't discriminate - everyone is a potential victim or carrier/transmitter. The best way to slow down what has become a pandemic is to limit exposure. To what? Well basically PEOPLE! Schools are closed, most businesses are closed - unless they are essential (hospitals, supermarkets, pharmacies...) restaurants are open but only for takeout or delivery. No movie theater, no malls, no parties. WE are basically on restriction! House arrest without the ankle monitors...
If you're married/partnered - ok so maybe the stuckathomeness isn't so terrible.
If you're married/partnered/single with children - welllllll...
If you're single single - then this whole thing has made you creative.
Oooh you're so naughty! LOL Well, before you get carried away, I was talking about entertainment. Tonight, I am playing a card game. It's actually a party game, best played with, well a party, but with these new restrictions in place, I'm playing by myself. Hmm, kinda reminds me of my childhood...
Anywho...
So there's deck of cards that gives you a prompt/question. You are supposed to choose a response from the cards you were dealt. Since it's just me, I picked a prompt/question card and then randomly select response cards. Oooh some of these are just horrible - horrible and FUNNY. Imagine if you drew a card with a prompt that read something like:
LMAO!!! This game's hysterical! Even the rules are a riot! The prompts and response choices are just wrong in some cases. So players beware.
If you'd like to know the name of the game - or think you already know - or maybe you already have it because you're just as weird/goofy as I am, then drop me a line.

Response: Farting loudly at the table

I wanna play! This was a perfect fit for these trying times.
