I've been accused on more than one occasion of being a DEEP thinker. Hmm, not sure if at the time they were trying to say I was smart, possessed a super high intellect or maybe they caught me while I was spacing out and were being sarcastic??? Who knows but they were definitely on to something (I leave it up to you to decide which was right. Be warned, YMMV. At any rate, I was at one of my fave hangout spots ( STARBUCKS) and was noticing a few things...and those things got me started down this winding road of thoughts. Deep? IDK. Random? For sure! Why are people so comfy leaving their valuables unattended in Starbucks? No seriously. There was a guy at the table next to me, diligently working on some sort of report. He has a laptop, charger, book bag, wireless mouse, cell phone and perhaps the most valuable of all, a tablet full of handwritten notes (Yes, I noticed all that.) Anyone who knows me, can tell you that I have a wide array of interests. Some are so random until even I can't recall how I got interested in them. I'm not an expert in these "hobbies" - just find them super interesting. An example of one such hobby is star gazing. One night, I was sitting in my driveway about to go in the house and a flash caught my eye out of my sunroof. It was, well, it was a flashing light pattern in the sky! Now, before you ask - I had NOT been drinking. Anyway, these lights - the lights were flashing and changing colors randomly - almost TOO randomly. And then, as I sat there, mouth agape, watching - THEY DISAPPEARED! Once, I was able to close my mouth and I said out loud OH MY GOD! What did I just SEE!!!?? What was it? Did anyone else see it?
