Hard Times

 Ah the joys of nature, of the wild...Nature is so beautiful and picturesque. All the animals just running about playing and having a good time right? At least that's what you've been told, lead to believe, right? So those stories or those cartoons where the animals are like gangs or just mean must be just made up? Pure fiction, right? WRONG! They are true! Some of us animals are just plain mean! So mean it would make you humans blush, smh...

Don't I look cute? But even more than that, don't I look happy, care-free? Not a care or a worry in the world. Ahh, those were the days. I didn't realize how good I had it Roaming freely, playing with friends, chilling by the lake. Eating and drinking  - you know ust living the dream. Well, that dream became a nightmare when THEY showed up UGH.  Some new kids moved in and yeah ok at first it was fun. They were the cool ones - had been on the otherside of the lake. Boasted about seeing the world - afterall they'd BEEN TO THE OTHERSIDE OF THE LAKE!! Oh and they regularly played dodge-car-truck/SUV/bus(I never played that)...So when they let me join their group, I was geeked!

One day they said we were playing a new game. They called it HIDE-N-GO GET IT. One of them would go hide a big green apple. Whoever found got to eat it! Yummy! So Big Buck goes off to hide the  coveted treat, comes back and whispers "hide-n-go get it'. No one moves. Then he yells it and off we went! Running and looking for the big apple. Suddenly, I realized I was all alone.Where did everyone go? Why'd they stop looking? Didn't they want the apple? Maybe they were full? Allergic? Or maybe they were just being nice to the new guy? Awww

And then I heard a sound - one that will stay with me forever - however long that is. CRACK! Soooo lound that I froze. Looked but didn't see anyone or anything. Then BOOM! That's when I felt this pain, strong and throbbin. I wanted to run but I was frozen. What happened? Why? Who?Then I remembered a story my DeerPa told me about tools that sounded really loud and would stop you cold. And I was definitely, stopped cold. Right here, just like this.

Moral of the story - don't believe those stories about all animals playing and roming through the forest. Some of them, those animals are just plain mean! Old Buck set me up. Why, who knows! I no I don't. 

Well if you'll excuse me, I'm gong to go back to pretending to be ahem UNALIVE so I ca jump ad run when these people, the ones with the BOOM tools least expect it!

Oscar Chronicles - All By Myself

  Hola, mis amigos. I'm not going to ask if you missed me because - well, I already know you did. But more than that, I'm not going to ask because I'm sad, angry and hungry. Okay, perhaps I'm always interested in some snacks...Anyway, your Oscar is sad. Why? Is because a couple of weeks ago mi persona favorito decided to remodel his room. No really! Things that were too small or too old - you know how they do, right? So yes,  A MAJOR CLEANING. His room was like SUPER CLEAN.  He and his Papa also bought in new stuff. New zapatos, shirts, pants. The new stuff he put into a new bag. Nice! Good storage. It even has wheels!! So he can move it around a lot easi...

POP QUIZ

You guys ever take one of those online quizzes? " WHAT YOUR FAVORITE COLOR SAYS ABOUT YOU" ... Or the ones about your astrological sign?  "WHAT MAKES A CANCER HAPPY?". .. "IF YOU'RE A PISCES YOU ARE THE ROMANTIC TYPE"   If you did, were the results accurate? I mean did they fit you and your personality? I've taken a few of these sorts of quizzes - just for fun. Astrology? Yeah, I've read my horoscope from time to time. Most of the time the results and the astrological stuff kinda fit and sometimes I'm like - hmm, that is SOOOOO not me. Either way, they usually make me think wow, am I really like that? I took a personality quiz - basically it was to determine if you are left-brained or right-brained. Most agree now that there isn't a clear distinction and that most people have traits/characteristics of both. Here are my results...pretty good but definitely missing a few Like there was nothing mentioned about me being artistic or imagin...

Golden Haze

There I was...minding my own business (no really, I was - this time) thought I'd do some note taking, some observing (okay maybe not completely minding my own business), get some ideas for some posts...and the craziest thing happened. I started noticing a few people walk by my table, look at me - stare at me really, some snickered, some outright laughed. I was thinking sheesh, what's up? No one said anything - just looked at me, looked down at my table, looked at me, laughed or chuckled and walked away...that was until this guy walked over and sat down next to me. Immediately, my internal alert system went into overdrive!!! STRANGER DANGER!!! Then he says the craziest thing to me...
